playforpangolins – Greenfingers Wildlife Conservation Initiative

We need your support to make the 2024 tournament bigger

The Play4Pangolin is a celebration of World Pangolin Day and World Wildlife Day. It is part of our #Sports4Wildlife Campaign that involves raising awareness through competitive sports in Nigeria between schools, teenagers, and adults.

The #Play4Pangolin campaign is a football tournament organized in Nigeria to take a stand against the illegal killing and trafficking of pangolins. Organized by the Greenfingers Wildlife Initiative, this tournament seeks to raise awareness about the importance of protecting these unique and endangered animals. Football has the power to unite communities and ignite change – and that’s just what the #Play4Pangolin campaign is doing!

With pangolins being the most trafficked mammal in the world, every action we take matters. By combining sport and advocacy, this campaign is paving a new way forward for conservation efforts. Please support #Play4Pangolin so that we can protect these incredible creatures for generations to come!
